Minut-Minahasa Utara mencatatkan prestasi gemilang dalam penguatan tata kelola pemerintahan berbasis inovasi. Di bawah kepemimpinan Bupati Joune Ganda, SE., MAP., MM., M.Si dan Wakil Bupati Kevin Lotulung, SH., MH, daerah ini berhasil mencetak lonjakan signifikan dalam penilaian Indeks Inovasi Daerah (IID) tahun 2024.
Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi Badan Strategi Kebijakan Dalam Negeri (BSKDN) Kementerian Dalam Negeri, nilai IID Minahasa Utara tahun ini mencapai 48,65 dengan predikat Inovatif. Angka tersebut tidak hanya mencerminkan kemajuan luar biasa, tetapi juga melampaui target Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) tahun 2024 yang ditetapkan pada angka 40.
Lebih mengesankan lagi, predikat Inovatif sebenarnya baru ditargetkan untuk dicapai pada tahun 2025. Ini menunjukkan percepatan luar biasa dalam transformasi birokrasi dan pelayanan publik di Minahasa Utara.
Sebagai informasi, IID merupakan instrumen penilaian tahunan yang dilakukan oleh BSKDN untuk mendorong peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik, kesejahteraan masyarakat, daya saing daerah, serta pemerintahan yang akuntabel dan efektif.
Dalam RPJMD Minahasa Utara 2021–2026, indikator IID ditempatkan sebagai bagian dari misi strategis keempat daerah. Pada tahun 2020, sebelum kepemimpinan saat ini, nilai IID Minahasa Utara masih sangat rendah, yaitu hanya 3 dengan predikat Kurang Inovatif.
Pencapaian tahun ini menegaskan komitmen kuat Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara untuk terus berinovasi demi percepatan pembangunan dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat. (T3/*)
