Morut- Catra,begitu panggilan akrabnya, sudah menyenangi teknologi informatika sejak masih duduk di bangku Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Talenta yang diberikan Tuhan ini, terus dikembangkan untuk membuat desain-desain, atas kehendak sendiri maupun pesanan dari para sahabat maupun kerabat – kerabatnya.
Menjelang HUT Ke-10 Kabupaten Morowali Utara (Morut), mahasiswa semester 3 FISIP Universitas Tadulako (Untad) Palu itu, mencoba mendesain logo HUT. Ternyata panitia HUT Morut, memilih hasil karyanya untuk dijadikan sebagai logo resmi HUT Kabupaten Morut 2023.
“Saya bangga karena hasil karyaku, bisa diterima dan ditetapkan sebagai logo HUT ke-10 Morut,” ujar pemuda kelahiran Desa Mandula Kecamatan Lembo Raya, Kabupaten Morut, 02 Agustus 2004 tersebut.
Kebanggaan ini, kata pemuda yang cukup mahir bermain keyboard dan sering jadi pianis di berbagai gereja itu, akan dijadikannya sebagai motivasi untuk terus menghasilkan karya-karya yang lebih baik lagi di masa mendatang.
Catra, bungsu dari tiga bersaudara yang merupakan putra dari bapak Novry W Lingkua dan Ibu Nuryuliana Timbo itu juga, mencatat berbagai prestasi di masa sekolahnya, seperti menjadi anggota Paskibra Lembo 2019, Paskibraka Morut 2021 dan menjadi pelatih Paskibra Lembo di 2023 ini.
Ia juga terpilih menjadi utusan Sulteng pada Jambore Konselor Sebaya 2020 di Jakarta, serta Juara 2 Putra Duta Genre Morut 2020.
Di bidang desain-desain grafis, Catra yang pernah bercita-cita masuk STPDN ini, pernah menjadi terbaik 3 desain Logo & Tagline Pariwisata Morut 2020.
Lulusan SMAN 1 Lembo, yang aktif dalam organisasi kampus itu, mengaku merupakan pengagum berat Bupati Delis dan Wabup Djira itu berharap, setelah menyelesaikan studinya, akan kembali untuk mengabdikan dirinya di tanah kelahirannya, bumi tepo asa aroa tercinta. (Hms/NAL)
