Morut – Komisi Pemilihan Umum Daerah (KPUD) Kabupaten Morowali Utara (Morut), secara resmi menetapkan dua pasangan calon ( paslon) Bupati dan Wakil Bupati (Wabup) yang akan berkontestasi di Pilkada Serentak tahun 2024 di bumi tepo asa aroa tercinta.
Penetapan paslon tersebut, dilakukan dalam rapat pleno tertutup yang digelar KPUD Morut, di kantor KPUD Morut, Minggu (22/09/2024).
Pada kesempatan itu, KPUD Morut mengumumkan dua paslon yang telah lolos dalam proses verifikasi administrasi dan tes kesehatan, untuk dua paslon, masing – masing paslon Dr dr Delis Julkarson Hehi MARS – H Djira K SPd MPd (DIA), dan paslon Jeffisa Putra A – Ruben Hehi (Juara Baru).
Ketua KPUD Morut, Rudi Hartono, menjelaskan, dari dua paslon tersebut, telah memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan dalam peraturan perundang – undangan yang berlaku.
“ Keseluruhannya telah melalui proses seleksi yyang ketat, serta sesuai dengan aturan yang ditetapkan. Kini masyarakat Morut bisa memilih calon pemimpin mereka yang akan menahkodai kabupaten ini, untuk lima tahun ke depan,” jelas mantan Komisioner Bawaslu Morut itu.
Sementara itu, Bawaslu Morut juga turut memantau langsung proses penetapan ini, untuk memastikan seluruh tahapan Pilkada Serentak, berjalan sesuai dengan aturan yang digariskan.
Setelah penetapan kedua paslon tersebut, tahapan selanjutnya adalah pencabutan nomor urut yang akan dihelat Senin ( 23/09/2024)malam ini. Dilanjutkan masa kampanye yang akan berlangsung sekitar dua bulan kedepan.
KPUD Morut berharap, seluruh elemen terkait, termasuk masyarakat bisa menjaga suasana tetap aman dan kondusif selama proses tahapan Pilkada berlangsung.
Pilkada Serentak akan digelar pada 27 November 2024 nantinya. KPUD Morut mengajak seluruh masyarakat untuk tidak golput, dan menggunakan hak pilihnya sesuai dengan hati nuraninya. (*/NAL)
