Tomohon-Anggota KPU Tomohon Deisy T Soputan menghadiri Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Tindak Lanjut Putusan Mahkamah Agung Terkait Batas Usia Calon Kepala Daerah (Cakada), di Grand Melia Hotel Jakarta, Senin (08/07/2024).
Kegiatan dibuka secara resmi oleh Anggota KPU Idham Holik yang didampingi Kepala Biro Teknis Penyelenggara Pemilu Melgia Van Harling.
Dalam sambutannya Idham membahas terkait teknis rancangan jadwal jika dilakukan penerimaan kembali pemenuhan persyaratan dukungan calon perseorangan terkait perubahan-perubahan pasca Putusan Mahkamah Agung Terkait Batas Usia Calon Kepala Daerah.
Kegiatan FGD ini juga diikutii oleh Pimpinan Bawaslu, Pimpinan DKPP, Ditjen Otonomi Daerah, Kemendagri Ditjen Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum, Kemendagri Ditjen Administrasi Hukum Umum, Pimpinan LSM / NGO serta Ketua Divisi Teknis Penyelenggara Pemilu Provinsi dan beberapa Ketua Divisi Teknis Penyelenggara Pemilu Kabupaten/Kota.
Diharapkan dari pembahasan FGD ini akan menjadi masukan yang konstruktif bagi KPU dalam penyusunan regulasi khususnya tahapan pencalonan selain itu hasil dari FGD ini akan dijadikan bahan Rapat Dengar Pendapat bersama DPR. (*/Bert)
