Manado-Dalam rangka mendukung keselamatan penerbangan, Lanud Sam Ratulangi mengadakan korve KOBA (Kerusakan Oleh Benda Asing), yang di pimpin oleh Kadisops Lanud Sam Ratulangi Letkol Pas Togap M. Siburian, di Apron Lanud Sam Ratulangi, Manado, Sulawesi Utara. Kamis (14/9/2023).
Sasaran dari kegiatan ini yaitu membersihkan benda asing yang dapat mengganggu kegiatan penerbangan seperti batu-batuan, logam dan material berbahaya yang dapat mengakibatkan incident dan accident, maupun daerah sekitaran hanggar serta lingkungan area Lanud Sam Ratulangi terlihat bersih dan rapi.
Usai apel pagi, seluruh personel Lanud Sam Ratulangi berbegas menuju Appron Lanud Sam Ratulangi dan membentuk barisan bersaf kemudian berjalan pelan-pelan sambil mengamati benda-banda asing disekitar jalan yang dilalui.
“Tidak perlu buru-buru, kita harus perhatikan tiap langkah kaki untuk menemukan benda asing, setelah menemukan dikumpulkan dan dibuang pada tempat yang telah disediakan,”ujar Kadisops Lanud Sam Ratulangi.
Kegiatan ini dimulai dari apron sampai ujung runway dan diharapkan menjadi budaya safety di Lanud Sam Ratulangi dalam rangka menjamin keselamatan penerbangan.
“Setiap personel memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab yang sama dalam rangka mewujudkan zero accident, sehingga tidak ada salahnya untuk saling mengingatkan, memperhatikan dan terutama menanamkan budaya safety pada diri sendiri,”tegasnya. (*/Mal)
