Suwawa- Ketua DPRD Bone Bolango, Faisal Yunus meluncurkan aplikasi lapor Dewan, pada Jumat (28/11/2025).
Aplikasi Lapor Dewan, sebuah inovasi digital yang dirancang untuk memperkuat layanan aspirasi masyarakat dan meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan legislatif.
Faisal Yunus, menyebut terobosan ini sebagai langkah besar menuju sistem aspirasi yang lebih modern, transparan, dan mudah dijangkau oleh seluruh warga.
Ditegaskan, kehadiran aplikasi tersebut menjadi jawaban atas kebutuhan masyarakat akan saluran aspirasi yang cepat, efektif, dan dapat diakses kapan saja yang selama ini, penyampaian aspirasi lebih banyak dilakukan secara manual dan seringkali memerlukan waktu lebih panjang untuk ditindaklanjuti.
“Ini adalah sebuah terobosan untuk memperkuat layanan aspirasi masyarakat. DPRD memiliki tanggung jawab memastikan suara rakyat didengar, dicatat, dan ditindaklanjuti. Selama ini banyak yang disampaikan secara manual, dan hari ini kita melakukan lompatan penting melalui digitalisasi layanan pengaduan,”ujar Faisal Yunus pada Grand Launching Aplikasi Lapor Dewan yang digelar di Ruang Sidang Utama DPRD Bone Bolango, Jumat (28/11/2025).
Menurutnya, kehadiran aplikasi tersebut tidak hanya menjadi instrumen pelayanan masyarakat, tetapi juga memperkuat fungsi pengawasan lembaga legislatif. Dengan alur pelaporan yang lebih tertata dan berbasis data, DPRD dapat dengan cepat melakukan evaluasi dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah.
“Aplikasi ini memperkuat fungsi pengawasan DPRD, meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas, sekaligus memastikan setiap aspirasi masyarakat mendapat ruang yang lebih jelas dalam proses pembangunan,”pungkasnya. *
