MORUT – Peningkatan pelayanan Kepolisian kepada masyarakat menjadi hal yang utama, tidak terkecuali kepada para difabel.
Difabel merupakan kondisi seseorang yang bermasalah dengan struktur atau organ tubuh seperti, kecacatan yang mengakibatkan adanya batasan fungsional yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas penderitanya. Difabel juga lebih mengacu pada keterbatasan peran dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya di dalam masyarakat.
Melalui terobosannya Kapolsek Soyo Jaya Ipda Sonny Mandias bersama seluruh personelnya bergotong royong membuat jalur khusus difabel di Kantor Polsek Soyo Jaya Polres Morowali Utara. Dan menjadi Polsek pertama di jajaran Polres Morowali Utara yang membuat jalur difabel.
“Minimnya sarana dan prasanan para difabel diruang publik salah satunya Kantor Kepolisian, yang mendorong kami membuat jalur khusus diafebel”ucap Kapolsek , Jumat (5/02/2021).
“Kita tidak menginginkan hak difabel untuk mendapatkan Pelayanan dari Kepolisian itu hilang oleh karena adanya hambatan aksesibilitas berupa hambatan arsiktektural, sarana dan prasarana khusus difabel,”tambahnya.
Diharapkan dengan program inovasi tersebut dapat meningkatakan kualitas, kuantitas serta kemudahan dalam mendapatkan pelayanan Kepolisian sehingga pelayanan Kepolisian dapat dirasakan oleh semua kalangan. (Johnny)
