KOROWOU-Kepolisian Resor Morowali Utara, , membagikan 500 paket berupa beras 10 kilogram kepada masyarakat kurang mampu untuk membantu meringankan beban masyarakat menyusul adanya kenaikan harga jual bahan bakar minyak (BBM) ditengah pandemi Covid-19 yang belum usai.
Bertempat dibalai Desa Korowou Kecamatan Lembo Kabupaten Morowali Utara, Kapolres Morowli Utara AKBP Ade Nuramdani, S.H, S.I.K., M.M, bersama Kasatbinmas, Kasatlantas, Kapolsek Lembo, dan personel Bhabinkamtibmas menyerahkan bantuan berupa beras kepada warga kurang mampu di Desa Korowou. Rabu, (23/11/2022).
Kapolres mengungkapkan kegiatan penyaluran bantuan paket beras tersebut dilaksanakan sebagai wujud perhatian dan kepedulian Polri terhadap warga yang membutuhkan.
“Inilah wujud perhatian kami, Polres Morowali Utara. Kepada warga yang kurang mampu ditengah kenaikan BBM dan Pandemi Covid-19 yang belum berakhir, walaupun tidak seberapa, namun kami harapkan dapat membantu meringankan beban warga” ujar Kapolres.
Kapolres juga menjelaskan bahwa Polres Morowali Utara menyalurkan bantuan beras sebanyak 5 ton beras untuk 500 orang.
“Kami telah menyiapkan 5 ton beras untuk 500 orang, jadi setiap orang berhak mendapatkan 10 Kg karung beras dan seluruh beras tersebut telah kami berikan kepada Polsek Jajaran yang untuk selanjutnya akan disalurkan melalui Para Bhabinkmatibmas kepada warga kurang mampu di desa-desa Binaannya .” Ujar Kapolres.
