Minahasa-Kapolres Minahasa AKBP Steven J. R. Simbar S.I.K, menghadiri Apel Deklarasi Komitmen Bersama Bebas Dari Peredaraan Narkoba dan telepon genggam, bertempat di Lapangan Apel Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Tondano Kel. Kendis Kec. Tondano Timur Selasa (27/05/2025).
Apel dipimpin langsung oleh Kalapas Tondano, Akhmad Sobirin Soleh, dan diikuti oleh seluruh jajaran petugas Lapas.
“Deklarasi komitmen bersama HP, Pungli dan Narkoba dilaksanakan secara serentak di seluruh Lembaga Pemasyarakatan pada hari ini,”ujar Akhmad, dalam sambutannya.
Apel ini bukan hanya seremoni namun menjadi komitmen bersama untuk antisipasi hal yang dapat menjadi hambatan dalam melaksanakan tugas bagi kita semua.
“Apel ini menjadi bagian dari implementasi nyata terhadap 13 Program Akselerasi Menteri Imigrasi dan Pemasyarakatan, Agus Andrianto khususnya poin pertama yakni Memastikan Tidak Ada Peredaran Narkoba di Lapas.” ucap Akhmad.
Usai apel, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan simbolis pemusnahan barang bukti alat komunikasi /HP serta obat terlarang dengan rincian, Telepon Selular/HP Merek Samsung 4 buah dan Merek Redmi 2 buah serta Merek Xiaomi 2 buah dan Obat terlarang jenis Thryexpenidil 100 butir.
Turut hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut sejumlah pejabat dari aparat penegak hukum, antara lain, Kasat Narkoba Polres Minahasa Iptu Ariel H. Gumalang, Kapolsek Toulimambot Ipda Crime Hunter Damar, Danramil 1302-01/Tondano Kapten Inf Donny Lumenta yang mewakili Dandim 1302/Minahasa, serta Jaksa Fungsional Tindak Pidana Umum Paskahlis Sumelang mewakili Kajari Minahasa.
