Minsel-Setelah dilaporkan oleh Lembaga Anti Korupsi Inakor Sulut yang diserahkan langsung oleh Ketua Harian DPP Inakor Rolly Wenas pada beberapa pekan yang lalu di Kejaksaan Negeri Minahasa Selatan – Minahasa Tenggara, saat ini laporan tersebut mulai serius penanganan laporan pengaduan masyarakat tersebut.
Laporan Pengaduan atas dugaan penyalagunaan Dana Desa Tumpaan Baru mulai bergulir di Kejaksaan Negeri Minsel dengan terlapor Oknum pejabat Hukum Tua Jessy Pangkey.
Kepala seksi Intelijen Kejaksaan Negeri Minsel – Mitra Christian E. Singal, S.H. kepada wartawan media ini di ruang kerjanya,Senin (26/08/2024) mengatakan bahwa Laporan pengaduan masyarakat oleh LSM Inakor Sulut sudah kami terima dan saat ini sedang kami proses.
“Saat ini sementara dirampungkan pemberkasannya untuk dilanjutkan ke Apip sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) 3 Menteri yang terkait dengan penanganan korupsi adalah SKB tentang kampanye anti korupsi yang ditandatangani oleh 4 menteri. SKB ini berisi enam strategi untuk pencegahan dan pemberantasan korupsi, yaitu: Pencegahan, Penegakan hukum, Harmonisasi peraturan perundang-undangan, Budaya anti korupsi, Mekanisme pelaporan pelaksanaan pemberantasan korupsi.”Jelasnya.
“SKB ini juga berisi sosialisasi pendidikan budaya anti korupsi untuk pemerintah provinsi yang dilakukan oleh Kemkominfo, dan kampanye anti korupsi bersama Humas-humas Pemda yang dilakukan oleh Kemendagri”. Tambahnya. (*onal-m)
