Morut -Polres Morowali Utara (Morut) bersama TNI dan jajaran Pemda Morut, menggelar Upacara Tabur Bunga, serangkaian dengan Peringatan Hari Pahlawan, di Kompleks Pelabuhan Feri Kolonodale, Jumat (10/11/2023) pagi.
Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut, Wakil Bupati (Wabup) Morut, H Djira K SPd MPd, sejumlah Pejabat Utama (PJU) Polres Morut, Pimpinan OPD dijajaran Pemda Morut, anggota TNI dan dan Polres Morut, Pegawai ASDP KM Teluk Tolo, serta Ibu – Ibu Bhayangkari Polres Morut.
Hari pahlawan kali ini, mengusung tema ‘ Semangat Pahlawan Untuk Masa Depan Bangsa, Dalam Memerangi Kemiskinan Dan Kebodohan. ‘
Kapolres Morut, melalui Kabag OPS, Kompol I Nyoman Raka Arya Wiyasa SH, menjelaskan tabur bunga tersebut dilaksanakan dalam rangka memperingati hari pahlawan, dan bentuk penghormatan serta mengenang jasa- jasa para pahlawan yang telah gugur di medan peperangan.
“Upacara tabur bunga ini, rutin digelar disetiap tahunnya. Ini juga merupakan bukti kesetiaan seluruh masyarakat Indonesia, dalam mengisi kemerdekaan bangsa ini, ” jelas mantan Kasat Lantas Polres Morut itu.
Sebelumnya, Pemda Morut menggelar upacara bendera, dalam rangka memperingati hari pahlawan ke – 78 , dipelataran kantor Bupati Morut. Bertidak sebagai Inspektur Upacara, Wabup Morut, H Djira K SPd MPd. (*/NAL)
