Minut-Pemerintahan Bupati Joune Ganda dan Wakil Bupati Kevin Lotulung resmi membuka Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) menandai transformasi layanan publik yang lebih cepat, transparan, dan berorientasi pada kenyamanan warga. Jumat (15/8/2025).
Berada di satu lokasi representatif, MPP menghapus praktik warga harus berpindah-pindah kantor untuk mengurus dokumen.
Mulai dari administrasi kependudukan, perizinan usaha dan non-usaha, hingga konsultasi hukum, semua terintegrasi dalam sistem pelayanan satu pintu.
“Ruangannya kami buat terbuka agar masyarakat bisa langsung mengawasi. Ini komitmen kami untuk menutup celah penyalahgunaan wewenang,” tegas Bupati Joune Ganda.
Tidak hanya mengandalkan pelayanan tatap muka, MPP Minut juga menggabungkan fasilitas digital seperti Laki Idola (Lapor Kinerja Investasi Daerah Online Access) dan Klinik KPM, plus ruang aduan masyarakat, yang memastikan setiap keluhan ditangani cepat.
Fasilitasnya dirancang inklusif, mulai dari ATM Center, minimarket, musala, ruang bermain anak, ruang ibu menyusui, hingga akses ramah disabilitas.
Inovasi ini menjadi bukti bahwa reformasi birokrasi tidak hanya bisa dilakukan daerah dengan PAD besar.
Dengan kemauan politik yang kuat, Minut mampu melompat ke standar pelayanan modern yang diakui di banyak kota besar.
Momentum peresmian ini menjadi hadiah berharga bagi masyarakat Minut menjelang HUT ke-80 RI, sekaligus menegaskan bahwa era birokrasi ribet resmi berakhir di tanah Tonsea. (T3)
