SITARO-Bupati Kepulauan Siau Tagulandang Biaro (Sitaro), Chyntia I. Kalangit, S.KM, bertindak sebagai Inspektur Upacara pada peringatan Hari Otonomi Daerah ke-30 dan Hari Pendidikan Nasional (Hardiknas) Tahun 2026 di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sitaro.
Upacara berlangsung khidmat dan diikuti oleh jajaran Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), tenaga pendidik, serta unsur Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkopimda).
Seluruh peserta mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan dengan tertib sebagai bentuk penghormatan terhadap makna kedua momentum nasional tersebut.
Dalam amanatnya, Bupati menegaskan pentingnya semangat otonomi daerah sebagai landasan dalam memperkuat kemandirian daerah serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.
“Melalui otonomi daerah, pemerintah dituntut lebih responsif, inovatif, dan mampu menghadirkan kebijakan yang benar-benar menyentuh kebutuhan masyarakat,” ujar Kalangit.
Selain itu, Bupati juga menyoroti peran strategis sektor pendidikan dalam pembangunan daerah. Menurutnya, pendidikan menjadi kunci utama dalam mencetak sumber daya manusia yang unggul, berkarakter, dan mampu bersaing di tengah perkembangan zaman.
“Pendidikan adalah fondasi kemajuan daerah. Karena itu, diperlukan sinergi antara pemerintah, tenaga pendidik, dan masyarakat dalam membangun generasi yang cerdas dan berdaya saing,” tambahnya menutup. (*)
