Manado – Panitia Seleksi Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Madya Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara telah memplenokan hasil tes penulisan makalah sehingga siap untuk diumumkan kepada publik. “Pansel telah mengadakan rapat pleno dimana dalam rapat tersebut dipaparkan juga nilai yang diberikan oleh masing – masing Pansel kepada setiap peserta.” Jelas Ketua Pansel Dr. Drs A Fatoni, M.Si.
Dalam rapat pleno tersebut juga telah diputuskan bahwa kelima orang yang telah mengikuti tes penulisan makalah tersebut berhak untuk mengikuti tes wawancara yang sedianya akan dilaksanakan pada Hari Selasa, 6 September 2022.
“Pansel sepakat dan memutuskan untuk memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada setiap peserta membuktikan kemampuan mereka masing-masing.” Kami mempertimbangkan bahwa antara tes penulisan makalah dan wawancara dapat saling melengkapi, itulah sebabnya kami memutuskan untuk meluluskan kelima orang peserta tersebut.” Lanjut ketua pansel.
Dalam tes wawancara tersebut Kata Fatoni, akan diberikan kesempatan yang seluas-luasnya kepada pansel untuk mengukur dan menilai kompetensi masing-masing peserta tidak hanya berdasarkan makalah yang ditulis, tetapi juga karakter dan kepribadian yang dimiliki termasuk kematangan emosional serta sikap pamong.
“Tujuannya hanya 1 (satu), ingin menemukan seorang sekretaris daerah yang tidak hanya memiliki kompetensi teknis dan manajerial yang mumpuni tetapi juga kecerdasan emosional yang tinggi dan terasah, mengingat beban dan tanggung jawab yang harus dipikul nantinya.” Ujar Fatoni.
“Jika seorang sekretaris daerah, yang notabene seorang top leader dalam pemerintahan setelah Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur, tidak dapat merangkul para kepala perangkat daerah yang menjadi rekan sekerjanya, tidak dapat menjadi jembatan penghubung dengan lembaga pemerintah lainnya maka hal tersebut akan sangat berdampak pada kinerja pemerintahan di masa yang akan datang.”Pungkas Fatoni.
