Sulut-Gubernur Sulawesi Utara, Mayjen TNI (Purn) Yulius Selvanus sangat bahagia berada di kampung halamaan, Kakas, Kabupaten Minahasa bersama istri tercinta, Anik Yulius Selvanus. Mereka disambut penuh sukacita oleh masyarakat.
Dalam kegiatan pada Minggu (11/5/2025), keduanya bersama Wakil Gubernur, Dr Victor Mailangkay menyalurkan bantuan kepada masyarakat dalam hal ini kelompok tani dan kelompok nelayan.
Bantuan Pemprov Sulut itu berupa alat-alat kebutuhan seperti tracktor, kompresor, oven, kursi roda, freezer, pompa air, benih jagung, benih tomat, benih cabe dan lainnya.
“Kita harus berswasembada pangan, itu sebabnya pemerintah pusat melalui pemerintah provinsi yang ikut langsung terjun mendukung kabupaten/kota untuk bagaimana lebih cepat lagi petani-petani kita untuk melakukan kegiatan-kegiatannya,” jelas Gubernur Yulius.
Sebelumnya Gubernur bersama istri serta Wagub dan pejabat Pemprov Sulut beribadah di Gereja GMIM Sion Tounelet Kakas Minahasa.
Pada kesempatan ini Gubernur Yulius memberikan bantuan untuk gereja atas nama keluarga sebesar Rp 50 Juta, sebagai ungkapan syukur atas Hut perkawinan ke 33 tahun, Sabtu (10/05/2025). (*)
