Sulut – Gubernur Sulawesi Utara Olly Dondokambey bersama bupati dan walikota se Sulut menyerahkan Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD) Unaudited Tahun Anggaran 2020 kepada Kepala Perwakilan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI Sulut, Karyadi di Manado, Senin (8/3/2020).
Diketahui, penyampaian LKPD Unaudited merupakan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2004 tentang Perbendaharaan Negara Pasal 56 yang menyatakan gubernur/bupati/walikota menyampaikan laporan keuangannya kepada BPK RI paling lambat tiga bulan setelah tahun anggaran berakhir.
Pada kesempatan itu, Gubernur Olly berharap Pemprov dan Pemda di 15 kabupaten dan kota dapat menyajikan LKPD dengan menjaga akurasi serta sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Disamping itu, orang nomor satu di Sulut ini juga mengharapkan jajaran BPK dapat memberikan masukan terhadap LKPD yang telah disampaikan Pemprov bersama seluruh pemda di Sulut sehingga manajemen pengelolaan keuangan daerah semakin transparan, akuntabel, efektif dan efisien.
BPK selain mengemban tugas sebagai eksternal control bagi pemda juga menjadi lembaga konsultasi dalam mengefektifkan manajemen pengelolaan keuangan daerah. (*/JM)
