Bitung, Redaksisulut – Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kota Bitung, Ir. Rudy Theno, ST, MT buka kegiatan Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) Keprotokolan di ruang, SH Sarundajang dengan tema “Menjadi Petugas Protokol Yang Profesional”. Senin, (11/7/2022).
Dalam kesempatan Sekda didampingi Kepala Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Setda Kota Bitung, Albert Sergius, SE.
Rudy dalam sambutan menyampaikan bahwa sangat menyambut baik akan kegiatan ini dan atas nama Pemerintah Kota Bitung kami menyampaikan aspirasi kepada Kabag Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Setda Kota Bitung beserta jajaran yang telah menginisiasi agenda yang strategis ini.
“Kami berharap, semoga kegiatan ini bisa meningkatkan pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap dalam menjadi seorang petugas protokol dan mampu membawakan acara secara profesional yang dilandasi kepribadian dan etika yang baik, sehingga bisa terwujud SDM yang kompeten dalam melaksanakan tugas khusus yang berkaitan dengan keprotokolan karena protok diatur dalam undang-undang no 9 tahun 2010 tentang keprotokolan”. Katanya seraya menyampaikan bahwa petugas protokol harus saling bersinergi agar tercapai suatu acara yang sesuai dengan yang sebagaimana mestinya.
Adapun materi yang dibawakan dalam kegiatan oleh Protokol Sekretariat Wakil Presiden RI, Robby J Prihana, S.Sos, Mm yan dimana dirinya sudah 24 tahun menjadi petugas protokol yakni, Inplementasi Peraturan Keprotokolan, Etiket dan Kemampuan Petugas Protokol dan Master Of Ceremony (MC) Keprotokolan.
