Tahuna – Apel bersama Penjabat Bupati Kepulauan Sangihe dengan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan Tenaga Harian Lepas (THL) di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe, bertempat di Lapangan Gelora Santiago, Selasa (5/7/2022),Penjabat Bupati dr Rinny Tamuntuan menekankan pentingnya realisasi capaian Kinerja Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD).
“Ini sudah di tanggal 5 Juli, kita sudah masuk di semester dua, tolong agar dapat diperhatikan kinerja masing-masing dan segera memasukan laporan semester I agar menjadi bahan evaluasi untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi kendala sehingga akan diperbaiki di semester II ” Tegas Tamuntuan.
Untuk ASN dan THL, Tamuntuan mengingatkan agar dapat meningkatkan disiplin, benahi mental, Integritas, dan loyalitas, untuk membangun Sangihe dengan memperhatikan apa yang menjadi arahan Kepala Perangkat Daerah.
“Kita harus mempercepat semua kegiatan yang sudah diprogramkan, apa sudah sesuai target atau belum, dan tentunya harus mengacu pada aturan yang ada, serta ciptakan inovasi yang baru, jangan hanya copy paste, coba kita tingkatkan kinerja kita dengan menciptakan inovasi yang baru dalam bekerja” Ujar Tamuntuan.
Tamuntuan berpesan agar menjaga kondisi yang aman di lingkungan kerja dan tentunya sebagai Penjabat bupati dirinya akan melakukan sidak guna melihat secara langsung aktivitas di masing masing Organisasi Perangkat Daerah. (Yoss).
