Minsel– Sakit hati karena mantan pacar memiliki kekasih baru, seorang pria warga Kecamatan Amurang Barat, Kabupaten Minsel, melakukan aksi penganiayaan.
Tersangka kasus penganiayaan ini berinisial KS alias Kelien (21), warga Desa Kapitu, Kecamatan Amurang Barat, menganiaya korban perempuan Mawar (nama disamarkan), warga salah satu kelurahan di Kecamatan Amurang Timur.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Minsel Iptu Lesly Deiby Lihawa, SH, M.Kn; saat dikonfirmasi pada Minggu (13/11/2022), membenarkan terjadinya kasus ini.
“Tindak pidana penganiayaan TKP di rumah korban dan berlanjut di pekuburan Kelurahan Ranoiapo, Kec. Amurang. Tersangka melakukan penganiayaan dengan cara menendang dan memukul korban menggunakan tangan,” terang Kasat Reskrim.
Akibat penganiayaan ini, korban mengalami luka lebam di bagian kepala, kaki dan tangan. “Tersangka sakit hati dan cemburu mengetahui mantan pacarnya ini telah memiliki kekasih baru. Adapun tindakan penganiayaan ini sering terjadi sejak tersangka dan korban masih berpacaran,” tambah Iptu Lesly.
Merasa keberatan, pihak korban mendatangi Polres Minsel untuk membuat laporan. “Bersasarkan laporan polisi nomor LP/B/126/IV/2022/SPKT/Res Minsel/Polda Sulut, pihak kepolisian langsung melakukan penyelidikan, pengejaran hingga akhirnya berhasil mengamankan tersangka,” ujar Kasat Reskrim.
Terpantau saat ini tersangka telah diamankan dan diperiksa penyidik Unit PPA (Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak) Sat Reskrim Polres Minsel.
“Telah terpenuhi unsur pasal penganiayaan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 351 KUHPidana. Tersangka telah resmi ditahan,” pungkas Iptu Lesly. (Onal)
