Morut – Kantor Pertanahan (Kantah) ATR/ BPN Kabupaten Morowali Utara ( Morut) kembali menggelar kegiatan agenda rutin “Sarasehanmu” dengan fokus pada pembangunan Zona Integritas ( ZI) menuju WBK.
Kali ini, giliran Kelompok Kerja (Pokja) Manajemen Perubahan yang memegang kendali pemaparan materi.
Kegiatan dibuka dengan penuh semangat melalui permainan Kahoot sesi pertama. Soal-soal yang diberikan berfungsi sebagai refresh memory atas materi yang pernah disampaikan sebelumnya, untuk memastikan pemahaman pegawai tetap terjaga.
Pemaparan materi inti, kemudian disampaikan langsung oleh Ketua Pokja Manajemen Perubahan, Rega Yoze. Dengan gaya yang komunikatif dan menghibur. Ia berhasil menyajikan materi, tanpa menghilangkan nilai-nilai integritas yang fundamental. Untuk menguji pemahaman baru, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan sesi Kahoot kedua yang berisi pertanyaan, terkait materi yang baru saja disampaikan.
