Aceh – Kordinator Front Anti Kejahatan Sosial (FAKSI) Aceh, Ronny Hariyanto, mendesak pihak Baitul Mal Aceh Timur untuk segera mengungkap daftar penerima bantuan pembangunan rumah dan rehab bagi fakir – miskin di Aceh Timur selama beberapa waktu terakhir.
Hal itu diutarakan Ronny menyusul polemik yang menerpa Baitul Mal Aceh Timur, pasca dilakukannya pemeriksaan oleh pihak Kejaksaan Aceh Timur akhir -akhir ini.
“Kita minta Baitul Mal umumkan ke publik siapa saja penerima rumah bantuan dan bantuan rehab rumah selama ini, dibuka saja agar masyarakat bisa tahu semuanya,” kata Ronny, Rabu (19/05/2021).
Ketua Forum Pers Independen Indonesia (FPII) Provinsi Aceh itu menduga Baitul Mal Aceh Timur kurang transparan dalam pengelolaan penerimaan maupun soal daftar penerima bantuan tersebut selama ini.
” Sepertinya ada banyak hal yang ditutup – tutupi di sana, kami pernah minta data soal daftar penerima rumah yang dibangun, tapi katanya sudah diserahkan ke jaksa, emangnya mereka enggak punya data pertinggalnya lagi? masuk akal enggak itu alasannya,” ujar Putera Idi Rayeuk berdarah Aceh -Minang tersebut.
Dia menegaskan pihaknya akan menunggu dalam tempo sepekan ini agar Baitul Mal segera mengumumkan ke publik, baik soal penerimaan maupun pendistribusian bantuan itu, sebelum pihaknya menempuh langkah – langkah lain untuk memperoleh transparansi publik dari lembaga yang bertengger berkat Zakat, Infaq dan Sedekag (ZIS) itu.
” Kami akan beri waktu Baitul Mal mengumumkannya ke publik pekan ini, atau kami akan menggelar aksi demonstrasi bersama masyarakat dalam beberapa waktu kedepannya,” sebut aktivis cadas yang dikenal sangat kritis soal isu – isu sosial, terutama soal kemiskinan,pengangguran, demokrasi dan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) itu.
Dia mengingatkan Baitul Mal semestinya lebih transparan dalam hal distribusi bantuan tersebut, meskipun tanpa diminta.
” Kita ingin memastikan bahwa semua bantuan rumah dan rehab itu memang diterima oleh masyarakat yang berhak, dan sudah menjadi hak masyarakat pula untuk tahu siapa saja penerimanya, kalau memang selama ini semuanya baik – baik saja, lalu kenapa mereka sampai diperiksa oleh jaksa,” pungkas alumni Universitas Ekasakti itu menutup keterangannya.(*/Johnny)
