Bonebol- Anggota DPRD Bone Bolango Amin Nusi meminta masyarakat untuk memaksimalkan lahan kosong dengan menanam tanaman yang bermanfaat dan memilki nilai ekonomis untuk menambah penghasilan bagi petani.
“Kami mengajak warga untuk memanfaatkan lahan kosong untuk ditanami dengan tanaman yang dapat menghasilkan,” Ujar Amin Nusi, usai melaksanakan panen jagung bersama Forkopimda Bone Bolango di Mapolres Bone Bolango, Jumat (11/4/2025).
Dirinya menegaskan bahwa langkah ini merupakan bagian dari upaya mewujudkan ketahanan pangan dan sekaligus meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat setempat.
“Banyak lahan kosong di Bone Bolango, itu bisa digunakan untuk pertanian,” tegasnya.
Amin berharap agar kesadaran ini dapat terus ditingkatkan, sehingga setiap potensi lahan yang ada dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal demi kesejahteraan masyarakat.
“Kami berharap Pemerintah dapat menjadi motor penggerak untuk mengajak masyarakatnya agar semakin banyak lahan yang dimanfaatkan untuk pertanian dan perkebunan. Dengan begitu, kita dapat mencapai ketahanan pangan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat,” Pungkasnya. (*Arr)
