Sulut – Gubernur Sulawesi Utara Olly Dondokambey dan Wakil Gubernur Steven Kandouw terus mendorong upaya pemulihan ekonomi daerah.
Salah satunya menggenjot ekspor dengan memberikan kemudahan bagi para eksportir.
Buktinya, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Sulut mencatat perkembangan ekspor dan impor Sulawesi Utara pada Februari 2022 (Angka Sementara) bertumbuh positif.
Dalam rilis BPS, nilai ekspor nonmigas Sulawesi Utara pada Februari 2022 tercatat sebesar US$91,35 juta sementara impornya senilai US$17,19 juta.
“Sementara komoditas ekspor nonmigas terbesar pada Februari 2022 masih didominasi Lemak dan Minyak Hewan/Nabati (HS 15), senilai US$61,13 juta (66,92% dari total ekspor). Sedangkan untuk komoditas impor terbesar adalah Bahan Bakar Mineral (HS 27), senilai US$ 13,23 juta (76,92% dari total impor),” ungkap Kepala BPS Sulut, Asim Saputra, Rabu (16/3/2022).
Adapun negara tujuan ekspor nonmigas terbesar Sulawesi Utara pada Februari 2022 adalah Amerika Serikat sebesar US$ 36,19 juta (39,62% dari total ekspor). (*J.Mo)
