Pohuwato – Manajemen kepegawaian di kabupaten Pohuwato kembali mendapat penghargaan dari pemerintah pusat, dimana setelah Meritokrasi Award yang diperoleh atas penilaian Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negera (KASN) tahun lalu.
Kini kabupaten ujung Barat provinsi Gorontalo yang dipimpin Bupati Pohuwato, Saipul A. Mbuinga dan Wakil Bupati Suharsi Igirisa kembali memperoleh penilaian atas Norma, Standar, Prosedur, dan Kriteria (NSPK) Manajemen ASN oleh Badan Kepegawaian Negara RI dengan kategori penialain A.
Kepala BKPP, Supratman Nento melalui Kepala Bidang Kajian Pengembangan Aparatur dan Diklat, Rahmat Ma’ruf menuturkan bahwa berdasarkan pernyataan Direktur Pengawasan dan Pengendalian II BKN RI, Myrna Amir, SE., MM, penilaian dengan beberapa kategori seperti kategori terendah E sampai kategori tertinggi A.
Juga atas pernyataan Direktur WASDAL II BKN RI, memperhatikan hasil penilaian NSPK BKN RI, untuk wilayah BKN Regional XI terdapat 34 instansi yang dinilai masing-masing perolehan sesuai kategori yakni 19 Instansi kategori E, 3 instansi kategori D, 3 instansi kategori C, 6 instansi kategori B dan hanya 2 instansi dengan kategori A salah satu diantara instansi yang memperoleh penilaian A adalah kabupaten pohuwato.
Menurut Rahmat Ma’ruf, ditemui Senin, (14/3/2022) di ruang kerja, surat perihal dari BKN tertanggal 7 Maret 2022 perihal penyampaian hasil penilaian indeks implementasi NSPK manajemen ASN tahun 2021 yang ditandatangani Deputi Bidang Pengawasan dan Pengendalian,Dr. Otok Kuswandaru, S.Sos.,M.Si telah diterima oleh pemda pohuwato dalam hal ini BKPP Pohuwato.
Dalam upaya mensuport dan menyemangati kerja tim yang dilakukan oleh kepala BKPP Supratman Nento, S.IP., MH ini telah membuahkan hasil yang maksimal, dan berdasarkan hasil penilaian rekomendasi oleh BKN agar pemerintah kabupaten pohuwato menggunakan aplikasi Indeks Disiplin (I’DIS). Untuk itu, Kepala BKPP Pohuwato telah menginstruksikan agar timnya untuk memanfaatkan aplikasi BKN ini dalam rangka penegakan disiplin dengan informasi terpusat.
Terakhir, Rahmat Ma’ruf menyampaikan bahwa hasil penilaian NSPK oleh BKN telah disampaikan Ke Menpan, penilaian ini juga sebagai bahan pertimbangan penambahan nilai pada LPPD.
“Prestasi ini menambah deretan prestasi Pemerintahan Saipul Mbuinga dan Suharsi Igirisa setelah 1 tahun menjalankan pemerintahan di kabupaten pohuwato, dan memasuki tahun kedua beberapa prestasi ditorehkan lagi satu diantaranya adalah penilaian NSPK kategori A yang dipersembahkan untuk Pohuwato di tahun kedua pemerintahan SMS”,terangnya.
