Gorontalo-Kepala Dinas Kominfo dan Statistik (Diskominfotik) Provinsi Gorontalo Sri Wahyuni D. Matona menandatangani Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) dengan Kepala Dinas Kominfotik Kabupaten Gorontalo Safwan T. Bano, Senin (10/2/2025).
Kerja sama tersebut menyangkut pengembangan dan implementasi penerapan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) antar kedua daerah.
Setidaknya ada tiga ruang lingkup kerja sama tersebut yakni penyediaan sistem, aplikasi dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi, pengembangan dan pengelolaan infrastruktur teknologi informasi untuk SPBE serta peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis.
Kadis Kominfotik Sri Wahyuni menyambut baik kerja sama ini. Ia menilai Kabupaten Gorontalo selangkah lebih maju dari daerah lain dengan jalinan kerja sama ini. Salah satu implikasinya yakni Diskominfotik Provinsi Gorontalo siap untuk berbagi pakai aplikasi tanda tangan elektronik dengan Pemda Kabgor.
“Tahun 2025 ini yang pertama mengajukan inisiatif kerja sama baru Kabupaten Gorontalo dan Boalemo, namun yang progresnya sangat cepat sampai saat ini baru Kabupaten Gorontalo Kami berharap daerah lain bisa bekerja sama,’ kata perempuan yang akrab disapa Yayuk itu.
Lebih lanjut kata mantan Kepala Biro Organisasi itu, tantangan dan peluang penerapan SPBE di lingkungan pemerintah saat ini semakin besar. Terutama menyikapi kebijakan efisiensi anggaran oleh pemerintah pusat. Daerah dituntut untuk mengefektifkan semua jenis pekerjaan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.
“Kita diperhadapkan dengan efisiensi anggaran. Di satu sisi kita dituntut untuk percepatan transformasi digital di sisi lain kita harus berhemat. Salah satu nilai positifnya, dengan efisiensi maka digitalisasi dapat didorong lebih maju. Rapat lewat zoom misalnya, tidak lagi tatap muka,” imbuhnya.
Pengelolaan SPBE di Pemprov Gorontalo tahun 2024 terbilang sangat baik. Hasil pengukuran Indeks SPBE Provinsi Gorontalo oleh Kemenpan RB di angka 4,13 atau predikat sangat baik. Dari enam kabupaten kota, hanya Bone Bolango yang meraih nilai 3 dengan predikat baik, sisanya di angka 2,40poin.4ga 2,89 poin. ***
