THL Pemkot Manado saat Apel kerja
Manado – Tenaga Harian Lepas (THL) yang mengabdi di Pemerintah Kota Manado harus bersabar. Sebab para Abdi Negara non PNS ini, terhitung mulai Selasa (01/06/2021), akan dirumahkan.
Hal tersebut sesuai Surat Pemberitahuann bernomor: 044/09/Setdako/376/2021 tanggal 28 Mei 2021 dan ditandatangani Setdakot Manado Micler Lakat, SH, MH, itu ditujukan kepada seluruh Kepala Perangkat Daerah.
“Kita rumahkan dulu semua THL yang berkantor di semua intansi maupun Setda,kecuali THL yang kinerjanya strategis masih di butuhkan tenaganya,” ucap Sekda Micler Lakat.
Pemkot Manado sendiri, lanjut Sekda Micler Lakat, tetap membutuhkan THL dalam membantu melaksanakan tugas Pemkot Manado.
Adapun isi dari Surat Pemberitahuan itu sebagai berikut:
1. Terhitung mulai tanggal 1 Juni 2021, seluruh THL pada Perangkat Daerah dapat dirumahkan, kecuali THL yang dinilai strategis dan masih sangat dibutuhkan tenaganya.
2. Perangkat Daerah melaksanakan evaluasi kinerja dan tingkat kebutuhan pada THL yang telah dirumahkan.
3. Perangkat Daerah dapat memanggil kembali THL yang telah dirumahkan untuk bekerja kembali sesuai hasil evaluasi.
4. Kepala Perangkat Daerah wajib menyampaikan daftar nama nama THL yang masih diperlukan untuk bekerja kepada Sekretaris Daerah Kota Manado paling lambat 31 Mei 2021. (JM)
