Kaban BPBD Minahasa Ir. Nofry Lontaan
Minahasa – Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa melalui Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) meminta masyarakat terus meningkatkan kewaspadaan dalam menghadapi cuaca ekstrim akhir-akhir ini yang menerjang sejumlah wilayah di daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara termasuk Kabupaten Minahasa.
Hal itu di katakan Kaban BPBD Minahasa Ir. Nofry Lontaan, kepada media ini bertempat di ruang kerjanya, Rabu (08/12/2021).
Dikatakan Kaban Lontaan, khusus di Minahasa bagi masyarakat pesisir pantai baiknya mewaspadai akan adanya curah hujan di sertai angin kencang, bencana bahaya banjir (ROB),
“Nah untuk menghindari ombak disertai angin kencang yang bisa menciptakan gelombang air laut naik mencapai tiga meter dan mengakibatkan Banjir (ROB) air tergenang, masyarakat sebaiknya waspada sebab kapanpun bisa terjadi serta menghindari supaya tidak adanya korban.” Ujar Kaban Lontaan.
Lanjut Kaban Lontaan, dengan mewaspada situasi yang bakal terjadi masyarakat baiknya pindah dulu ketempat lebih aman, agar terhindar dari hal-hal yang tidak kita inginkan.
“Antisipasi sejak dini, sehingga terhindar dari bencana alam yang kita tidak inginkan bersama,” Ucap Kaban Lontaan. (Ronny)
