Manado – Tim Paniki Rimbas 3 Polresta Manado, berhasil mengamankan pelaku pencabulan terhadap anak dibawah umur berinisial S (15) warga disalah satu Kecamatan Tuminting. Pelaku yakni DA alias Jun (20) warga Kelurahan Kombos Timur Kecamatan Singkil. Ia diringkus saat berada di Jalan Politeknik Kecamatan Mapanget, Minggu (17/10) sekitar 18.30 Wita.
Menurut informasi yang dirangkum, peristiwa itu terjadi pada Minggu (19/9) lalu. Dimana, saat itu pelaku membawa korban ke sebuah hotel yang berada di Kecamatan Paal Dua. Sesampainya di hotel tersebut, pelaku membawa korban kedalam kamar dan membujuk korban untuk berhubungan badan layaknya suami istri.
Korban yang diketahui masih duduk di bangku sekolah menengah atas (SMA) ini, menolak ajakan pelaku. Namun, pelaku terus memaksa untuk membuka pakaian korban. Akhirnya korban yang tidak punya tenaga untuk melawan pelaku, merelakan keperawanannya direnggut oleh pelaku yang diketahui kesehariannya bekerja sebagai sopir angkutan kota (angkot) ini.
Usai melampiaskan napsu bejatnya, pelaku mengancam korban agar tidak menceritakan kejadian tersebut ke orang lain. Setelah berselang beberapa hari, korban yang tidak tahan, menceritakan semua perbuatan bejat pelaku terhadap dirinya ke orang tua korban. Nah,,, orang tua yang geram, langsung melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Mapolresta Manado.
Berdasarkan laporan Lp/B/1525/IX/2021/Spkt/Polresta Manado, Tim Paniki yang dipimpin Aiptu Karimudin ini langsung bergerak mencari keberadaan pelaku. Alhasil, pria beristri ini diringkus saat sedang mengendarai mobil di jalan politeknik Kecamatan Mapanget. Selanjutnya digiring ke Mapolresta Manado untuk proses lebih lanjut.
Sementara itu, Kasat Reskrim Polresta Manado Kompol Taufiq Arifin SHut SIK, ketika dikonfirmasi membenarkan adanya penangkapan tersebut, “saat ini pelaku sudah dijebloskan ke dalam sel dan akan segera diproses sesuai hukum yang berlaku,” pungkasnya. (Dwi)
