Asahan – Bersepeda menjadi alternatif olahraga yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengurangi penyebaran Virus Corona karena rendahnya kontak dengan kerumunan, selain itu bersepeda secara rutin juga memiliki banyak manfaat baik bagi kesehatan fisik juga kesehatan mental.
Hal tersebut di ungkapkan Bupati Asahan H. Surya, BSc saat melaksanakan Gowes Bareng bersama Ketua TP. PKK Kab. Asahan Ny. Hj. Titiek Sugiharti Surya, Beberapa OPD dan Komunitas Sepeda Kabupaten Asahan yang mengambil Start dari Rumah Dinas Bupati Asahan, Minggu (06/03/2022).
Setelah Start dari Rumah Dinas Bupati Asahan Rombongan Gowes Bupati Asahan melewati Jalan Tusam menuju Pondok kucingan untuk selanjutnya ke bunut seberang menuju sidodadi dan Finish kembali ke Rumah Dinas Bupati Asahan dengan jarak tempuh kurang lebih 26 Km.
Kegiatan Gowes Bareng Kali ini juga diikuti, Beberapa OPD, Pengurus PKK Kabupaten dan beberapa Komunitas Sepeda.
Bupati Surya menyampaikan ucapan terimakasih kepada para OPD, Camat Pulau Bandring dan Komunitas Sepeda yang telah mengikuti Fun Bike hari ini sampai selesai.
Kegiatan ini juga dalam rangka mengajak masyarakat untuk gemar berolahraga, terutama bersepeda. Selain menjaga kebugaran tubuh, bersepeda juga sangat membantu untuk meningkatkan imun.
Kepada seluruh warga, sambung Bupati agar selalu meningkatkan imun tubuh dengan rutin berolahraga, cara paling murah meriah yakni dengan gowes bersama dan menciptakan rasa senang dalam hati dan pikiran atau dengan olahraga, sekaligus menjalin silaturahmi bagi sesama. (Pra)
