Pohuwato –Bupati Pohuwato, Saipul A. Mbuinga memberikan ucapan selamat kepada Thariq Modanggu yang saat ini telah resmi menjadi Bupati Gorontalo Utara melalui proses pelantikan oleh Penjabat Gubernur Gorontalo, Hamka Hendra Noer atas nama Presiden Republik Indonesia. Proses pelantikan itu sendiri berlangsung di aula rumah jabatan gubernur, Senin (27/6/2022).
Seperti diketahui bahwa Thariq Modanggu adalah Wakil Bupati Gorontalo Utara mendampingi Bupati Gorontalo Utara, Indra Yasin yang pada 2018 yang lalu dilantik. Seiring berjalannya waktu, Bupati Indra Yasin telah meninggal dunia, sehingga dengan sendirinya wakil bupati yang menjadi bupati sebagaimana aturan perundang-undangan.
Selaku pemerintah daerah kabupaten pohuwato, Bupati Saipul Mbuinga menyampaikan selamat kepada Bupati Gorontalo Utara atas pelantikannya, semoga amanah yang diemban dan dipercayakan ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik sebagaimana harapan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat Gorontalo Utara itu sendiri.
“Selamat buat pak Thariq Modanggu yang terhitung mulai hari ini resmi menjadi Bupati Gorontalo Utara sampai pada 2023 mendatang. Insyaallah bupati gorut dapat melaksanakan tugas dengan baik untuk kemajuan gorut kedepannya”, ungkap Bupati Saipul. (*/Hs)
