MINAHASA – Sekretaris Daerah Kabapaten Minahasa Frits Muntu S.Sos di dampingi Ka BPKAD Drs. Hanes D. Wagey, MBA, Kadis Kesehatan Dr. Maya Rambitan, M.Kes mengikuti Sosialisasi Permendagri Nomor 70 Tahun 2020. Tempat Ruang Rapat Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Tondano Rabu 25 November 2020.
Direktur Jenderal Bina Keuangan Daerah Kemendagri RI, menyampaikan kesehatan adalah jaminan perlindungan agar peserta memperoleh manfaat pemeliharaan kesehatan dan perlindungan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar pelayanan yang diberikan kepada setiap orang.
” Tentunya sudah membayar iuran jaminan kesehatan yang dibayar oleh pemerintah pusat atau pemerintah kabupaten/kota dan secara mandiri. ” tuturnya.
Sekda Minahasa Frits Muntu, S, sos menyampaikan Hal yang melatarbelakangi Permendagri Nomor 70 Tahun 2020 adalah terbitnya Perpres 64 Tahun 2020 tentang perubahan kedua Perpres 82 Tahun 2018 Tentang Jaminan Kesehatan, ruang lingkup iuran kesehatan yang saat ini dikelola oleh pemerintah daerah tidak hanya iuran pegawai PNS namun juga ada pegawai yang lainnya seperti Tenaga kerja Kontrak (TKK).
Selain itu belum adanya pengaturan yang memadai mengenai pengangguran dan setoran iuran kesehatan bagi pekerja penerima upah, Serta belum adanya pengaturan atau regulasi tentang penyetoran iuran jaminan kesehatan di lingkungan Pemda.
“Diharapkan kiranya Dengan adanya sosialisasi Permendagri Nomor 70 Tahun 2020 ini dapat mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang ada di Kabupaten Minahasa yang semakin hebat” ungkap Sekda. (Ronny)
