Morut – Bupati Morowali Utara Delis Julkarson Hehi menyatakan sangat mendukung pengangkatan tenaga perawat yang sudah lama mengabdi sebagai tenaga honorer pada penerimaan/seleksi Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) yang akan dilaksanakan dalam waktu dekat.
Bentuk dukungan tersebut layak diberikan berupa kebijakan afirmatif (penambahan nilai) khusus sebagai penghargaan kepada tenaga honorer yang sudah lama bertugas tanpa henti, namun tidak bisa lagi mengikuti tes CPNS (calon pegawai negeri sipil) karena faktor usia.
Penegasan itu disampaikan Bupati Morut saat menerima pengurus Persatuan Perawat Nasional Indonesia (PPNI) Kabupaten Morowali Utara di rujab Bupati, Jumat (1/4/2022).
Berdasarkan fakta selama penerimaan PPPK beberapa kali sebelumnya, banyak tenaga honorer yang sudah mengabdi lebih sepuluh tahun tidak bisa bersaing dengan honorer yang masih muda. Banyak yang gagal saat mengikuti seleksi terbuka.
Pengurus PPNI yang hadir adalah Ketua Saria, S.Kep,Ns, Sekretaris Any Myarchi, D.Kep,Ns, serta Ketua Gerakan Nasional Perawat Honor Indonesia (GNPHI) Morut Marsoni Sulle, A.Md.kep.
Kehadiran mereka adalah untuk melaporkan kepada Bupati Morut tentang kondisi perawat khususnya tenaga honor.
Selain itu, pengurus PPNI juga secara khusus mengharapkan agar kuota/peluang penerimaan ASN PPPK diprioritaskan pada perawat honorer yang masih aktif bekerja atau masih bekerja secara terus menerus di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan milik pemerintah.
Menurut Saria, jumlah perawat yang berstatus honor se Kabupaten Morowali Utara saat ini mencapai 206 orang. Dari jumlah tersebut sebanyak 30 orang usianya sudah melampaui 35 tahun atau sudah melewati batas usia untuk mengikuti tes CPNS.
Para tenaga honorer tersebut kini tersebar di sejumlah Puskesmas, Rumah Sakit, Klinik dan Dinas Keseharian Morut.
Atas laporan tersebut, Bupati Delis menyatakan sudah selayaknya memberi perhatian kepada para perawat honorer yang sudah mengabdi cukup lama untuk diberikan perhatian khusus berupa afirmasi (tambahan poin) dalam mengikuti seleksi penerimaan PPPK.
“Saya setuju. Saya dukung pemberian afirmasi kepada mereka (honorer) yang sudah lama mengabdi. Dukungan itu saya akan sampaikan melalui surat resmi ke Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Menpan RB),” jelas bupati. (*/John)
