Sitaro-Bupati Kepulauan Siau Tagulandang Biaro (Sitaro), Chyntia Inggrid Kalangit, SKM, melakukan inspeksi mendadak ke dua fasilitas kesehatan (Faskes) di Pulau Tagulandang yang terdampak erupsi Gunung Ruang, Senin (14/07/2025).
Dua Faskes tersebut yakni Puskesmas Tagulandang di Kelurahan Balehumara dan RSUD Tagulandang di Kelurahan Bahoi.
Kunjungan ini bertujuan memastikan layanan kesehatan tetap berjalan serta memberikan dukungan langsung kepada tenaga kesehatan yang tetap bertugas di tengah keterbatasan.
“Tenaga kesehatan adalah garda terdepan. Kami hadir untuk memberi semangat agar pelayanan tidak terputus,” ujar Bupati Kalangit, dikutip dari Baklak.News.
Dalam peninjauan itu, Bupati berdialog langsung dengan para nakes untuk menyerap keluhan dan kebutuhan mereka. Ia juga meninjau ruang apotek, ruang radiologi, serta ruang operasi yang saat ini belum berfungsi akibat kerusakan dari erupsi.
Menanggapi kondisi tersebut, Bupati Kalangit mengungkapkan bahwa pemkab Sitaro telah mengamankan bantuan hibah dari BPBD Provinsi Sulut senilai Rp2,5 miliar.
Dana itu akan difokuskan untuk memperbaiki atap, plafon, dan sejumlah fasilitas vital di RSUD Tagulandang.
“Ini langkah cepat agar pelayanan kesehatan kembali normal. Pemerintah hadir untuk memastikan hak masyarakat atas layanan medis tetap terpenuhi,” tegasnya. (*)
