Sitaro-Bupati Kepulauan Sitaro, Chyntia Kalangit melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) ke sejumlah Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sitaro, Rabu (7/5/2025).
Sidak ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk pengawasan langsung terhadap disiplin dan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di setiap instansi pemerintahan.
Bupati Chyntia Kalangit secara langsung mengecek kehadiran pegawai, kebersihan lingkungan kantor, serta suasana kerja di masing-masing OPD.
Dalam sidak tersebut, Bupati Chyntia menyampaikan pesan kepada para ASN agar dapat melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dengan semangat melayani masyarakat, yang dimulai dari kedisiplinan serta budaya kerja yang positif di setiap instansi.
“Adanya sidak ini, diharapkan setiap OPD di lingkup Pemda Sitaro semakin termotivasi untuk menjalankan tugas dengan lebih profesional, transparan, dan bertanggung jawab demi kemajuan daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.” ungkap Bupati. (*ighel)
