Asahan-Bupati Asahan yang di Wakili oleh Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Asahan Drs. John Hardi Nasution, M.Si mendampingi Presiden RI Joko Widodo resmikan pelaksanaan inpres jalan daerah Kota Tanjung Balai Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Kamis (14/03/2024).
Presiden Joko Widodo mengatakan tahun ini Pemerintah Pusat menganggarkan Rp868 miliar untuk pembangunan 209 Km. Ada 30 ruas IJD yang akan dibenahi tahun ini dan tersebar di 18 Kabupaten/Kota, antara lain Kabupaten Asahan, Dairi, Deliserdang, Karo, Labuhanbatu, Langkat, Madina, Nias Selatan, Nias Utara, Pakpak Bharat, Samosir, Serdang bedagai, Simalungun, Tapteng, Taput, Gunungsitoli dan Tanjungbalai.
“Di Provinsi Sumatera Utara telah dianggarkan Rp868 miliar untuk pembangunan jalan 209 km, untuk 30 ruas jalan di 18 kabupaten/kota,” Ujar Presiden.
Di tempat yang sama Sekda kab Asahan Drs. John Hardi Nasution, M.Si mengapresiasi Presiden Jokowi yang telah meresmikan jalan Inpres. “Semoga dengan bantuan dari Pemerintah Pusat yang telah membangun jalan Inpres di 30 lokasi yang di antaranya adalah Kabupaten Asahan, ia berharap kiranya apa yang telah di laksanakan dapat membantu akses masyarakat dalam beraktivitas” Ujarnya
