Asahan-Bupati Asahan H. Surya, BSc membuka Rapat Koordinasi Pemerintah (Rakorpem) Bulan Agustus 2023 di Pendopo Rumah Dinas Bupati Asahan, Kamis (10/08/2023).
Turut hadir Wakil Bupati Asahan, Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Asahan, Para Asisten, Staf Ahli Bupati, OPD, Camat se-Kabupaten Asahan, Kapus se-Kabupaten Asahan dan tamu undangan lainnya.
Pada Rakorpem tersebut Bupati mengatakan, Bulan Agustus ini adalah Bulan Kemerderkaan Bangsa Indonesia. Untuk itu mari bersama-sama kita menyambut Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Republik Indonesia yang ke-78 dengan tema “Terus Melaju Untuk Indonesia Maju” dengan semarak.
Dalam menyemarakkan HUT RI ke 78 ini, Bupati Asahan menghimbau kepada seluruh OPD, Camat, dan Kepala Puskesmas untuk menata kantor, memperindah kantor dan halaman kantornya masing-masing. Kepada seluruh Camat saya berharap dapat menghimbau masyarakatnya untuk melakukan pemasangan Bendera Merah Putih dari tanggal 1 Agustus s/d 31 Agustus Tahun 2023 sesuai dengan Surat Edaran Mensesneg Nomor B-523/M/S/TU.00.04/06/2023 tentang Penyampaian Tema, Logo, dan Partisipasi menyemarakkan peringatan HUT ke-78 Kemerdekaan RI Tahun 2023.
Bupati menambahkan, pada Tahun 2022 telah Terbit Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 212/PMK.07/2022 Tentang Indikator Tingkat Kinerja Daerah dan Ketentuan Umum Bagian Dana Alokasi Umum, terdapat 5 Lokus yang menjadi prioritas yaitu Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kinerja (PPPK), Pendanaan Kelurahan, Bidang Pendidikan, Bidang Kesehatan, dan Pekerjaan Umum (PU).
Bupati mengharapkan kepada seluruh Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), kepada seluruh Camat, dan kepada seluruh Kepala Puskesmas se Kabupaten Asahan, dalam penggunaan Anggaran di Tahun Anggaran 2023 ini agar mempedomani Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 212 tersebut. (*/BoS)
