Manado – Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sulawesi Utara Ronald Lumbuun menjadi Keynote Speaker dalam Seminar terbatas yang diadakan Pengurus Wilayah Sulawesi Utara (Sulut) Ikatan Notaris Indonesia (INI) bekerja sama dengan Pengurus Daerah Kota Manado Ikatan Notaris Indonesia. Bertempat di Hotel Arya Duta Manado, Jumat (24/02/2023).
Seminar terbatas kali ini mengangkat tema Upgrading dan kupas tuntas permasalahan hukum yang berkaitan dengan pembuktiannya akta-akta otentik.
Mengawali seminar terbatas kali ini Ketua Pengurus Wilayah Ikatan Notaris Indonesia Karel Butarbutar dalam sambutannya berpesan, “Jangan mengadakan apa yang harusnya tidak ada dan jangan meniadakan apa yang ada,”Ucapnya kepada Notaris yang hadir.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama Kakanwil juga berpesan kepada Notaris khususnya yang berada di Wilayah Sulawesi Utara bahwa “Jabatan Notaris adalah jabatan kepercayaan oleh karenanya jaga kepercayaan masyarakat/klien.”Karena kepercayaan menentukan keberlangsungan jabatan notaris tersebut”. Ujar Ronald.
Penyelenggaraan kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu upaya pembentukan karakter Pejabat Notaris khususnya di Sulawesi Utara, agar para Notaris dalam melaksanakan tugas jabatannya tetap ingat akan jati dirinya sebagai pejabat umum yang taat hukum, sehingga tidak menimbulkan permasalahan hukum baru karena jabatannya.
