Manado – Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara (Sulut) mengadakan sosiasialisasi Pemutakhiran Data Mandiri dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi melalui fitur Dataku pada aplikasi ePegawai.
Kegiatan yang bertempat di ruang CJ Rantung, 17vMei 2022 tersebut dibuka oleh Sekretaris Daerah Asiano G. Kawatu, SE, M.Si.
Dalam sambutannya Pj Sekprov AGK menegaskan pentingnya kegiatan ini untuk mewujudkan data PNS yang akurat, terkini, terpadu, dan berkualitas guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan manajemen ASN interoperabilitas data ASN.
“Saya tentunya memberikan apresiasi kepada jajaran Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara yang terus menerus bertransformasi dan berinovasi memberikan terobosan-terobosan hebat dan handal demi pengembangan kualitas dan peningkatan etos kerja seluruh Pegawai di lingkungan Pemprov Sulawesi Utara lewat program-program unggulan yang dihadirkan,” ungkap Kawatu.
Sementara itu, Kepala Badan Kepegawain Daerah BKD) Provinsi Sulawesi Utara Clay J. H. Dondokambey, S.STP, MAP dalam laporannya menyampaikan bahwa sosialisasi ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari Gerakan Sadar Data (GERAK) yang telah dicanangkan tanggal 17 Maret 2022 lalu.
“Gerakan yang mendorong peran aktif pegawai meremajakan datanya memanfaatkan teknolgi informasi yang telah dikembangkan yakni fitur Dataku pada aplikasi ePegawai. Fitur yang terintegrasi dengan Satu Data Nasional (SAPK BKN) memungkinkan pemutakhiran data tidak hanya dilakukan melalui operator tetapi dapat langsung dilakukan oleh masing-masing pegawai secara mandiri. Artinya kita membawa aplikasi ini lebih dekat ke pegawai yang mudah diakses dan seketika itu juga dapat langsung dimutakhirkan. Sehingga pada akhirnya dapat mewujudkan data ASN yang akurat untuk keperluan perencanaan, pengembangan, kesejahteraan dan pengendalian PNS,” tutur mantan Karo Umum Setdaprov Sulut itu. (*J.Mo)
