Minahasa – Kasus dugaan penyimpangan korupsi pengelolaan dana perjalanan Dinas ke Rusia sebesar Rp.1,96 Miliar, kini sudah di limpahkan ke Kajari Minahasa. Kamis, (27/10/2022).
Dari Pantauan media ini, Tim Tipikor Polres Minahasa dibawa pimpinan Kanit Vicky Katiandago mengantar tersangka DB alias Debby yang menggunakan kemeja berwarna putih bercorak bunga ke kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Minahasa dengan menaiki kendaraan Kijang Rush Putih DB 1432 BN, beserta kelengkapan dokumen hasil peninjauan pemeriksaan penyidikan.
Kapolres Minahasa AKBP. Tommy Bambang Souissa, SIK, saat ditanyai terkait penyelidikan kasus unsur dugaan korupsi Dinas Pariwisata Minahasa untuk promosi ke Rusia yang memakan waktu empat tahun menyampaikan Polres Minahasa akan serius menangani setiap kasus. “Kami akan selalu seriusi untuk menangani setiap kasus untuk di proses,” Ujar Kapolres.
Diketahui, Dugaan korupsi pengelolaan dana perjalanan dinas ke Rusia ini dalam rangka mengikuti lomba paduan suara di Kota Shouci dengan memboyong 47 orang pada Tahun 2016. Jumlah kerugian Negara akibat dugaan Tipikor itu diperkirakan sekitar Rp 1,96 Miliar. Dana tersebut dikelolah oleh Disparbud Minahasa, dan saat itu di pimpin oleh Debby selaku Kepala Dinas.
Tersangka disangkakan dengan pasal 2 ayat 1 dan pasal 3 Undang – undang (UU) nomor 31 tahun 1999 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU nomor 20 tahun 2001 tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi. Ancaman hukumannya adalah kurungan penjara minimal 4 tahun dan maksimal 20 tahun. (Ronny)
