Bitung, Redaksisulut – Lakukan Peninjauan Fasilitas Indikator Evaluasi Standar Pelayanan Publik, Wali Kota Bitung, Ir. Maurits Mantiri, MM kunjungi Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Bitung. Senin, (27/6/2022).
Dalam kesempatan, Wali Kota Bitung menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Disdukcapil Kota Bitung mulai menunjukan perubahan terhadap sistem pelayanan kepada masyarakat, dimana Program-program yang digagas oleh Disdukcapil juga sebagai kolaborasi bersama Pemerintah Kota Bitung dalam menuju Bitung Satu Data.
“Tolong ini terus dipertahankan serta ditingkatkan. Terima kasih kepada Pak Julius Ondang bersama jajaran Dukcapil yang terus berinovasi memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat”. Katanya.
Lanjutnya bahwa, kedepan akan ada kerja sama dengan beberapa Instansi bahkan Perusahaan yang akan mengatur alur Program Bitung satu data ini.
“Seperti BPJS Kesehatan yang Kami harapkan mampu membatu permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi dilapangan seperti penggunaan Kartu untuk pelayanan kesehatan”. Kata Maurits seraya menyampaikan bahwa sangat berharap apa yang dilakukan Disdukcapil menjangkiti atau menjadi contoh perangkat daerah lain dalam berinovasi memberikan pelayanan dan tidak hanya bekerja sendiri tetapi mulai menjajal kerja sama dengan instansi lain.
