Manado – Walikota Andrei Angouw dan Wakil Walikota Manado Richard Sualang,melakukan pertemuan dengan pejabat teknis dalam rangka pembentukan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD).Senin (26/07/2021).
Dalam rapat tersebut Walikota Andrei mengatakan, BLUD ini adalah sistem yang diterapkan oleh unit pelaksana teknis dinas/badan daerah dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang mempunyai fleksibilitas dalam pola pengelolaan keuangan sebagai pengecualian dari ketentuan pengelolaan daerah pada umumnya.
“Adapun tujuan pembentukan BLUD ini adalah untuk memberikan layanan umum secara lebih efektif, efisien, ekonomis, transparan dan bertanggungjawab dengan memperhatikan asas keadilan, kepatuhan dan manfaat sejalan dengan praktek bisnis yang sehat untuk membantu pencapaian tujuan pemerintah daerah yang pengelolannya dilakukan berdasarkan kewenangan yang didelegasikan oleh Kepala Daerah.” Jelas Walikota.
Dijelaskan Walikota Andrei, bahasan soal Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) ini menyangkut Tarif Layanan, Investasi, Silpa dan Defisit Anggaran dan lain sebagainya.
Turut hadir, Sekretaris Kota Manado Micler C.S. Lakat,Asisten III yang juga sebagai Plt BKAD Bart Assa, Kepala BKD Donald Supit, Kabag Hukum Pemkot, dr. Sanil Marentek, Kepala RSUD Manado,serta dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Manado. (*/JM)
