Morut-Tim Tata Usaha (TU) dan Petugas Loket Kantor Pertanahan (Kantah) ATR/BPN Kabupaten Morowali Utara (Morut), menggelar rapat koordinasi (rakor) yang dipimpin langsung oleh Kepala Sub Bagian (Kasubag) Tata Usaha Baru Kantah ATR/BPN Morut, Hj Athifa Ramadhani SH MKn, baru-baru ini.
Kegiatan dibuka dengan perkenalan diri dari Kasubag TU Baru yang sudah mulai bertugas, menandai dimulainya era kepemimpinan yang baru pada Kantah ATR/BPN Morut kedepannya.
Fokus utama rakor, adalah membahas secara rinci, terkait tugas dan tanggung jawab spesifik masing-masing pegawai di lingkup Tata Usaha dan pelayanan loket.
Selain itu, rakor juga menjadi forum diskusi terbuka, untuk mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan tugas sehari-hari, serta menentukan hal-hal penunjang (sarana, prasarana, atau kebijakan) yang dibutuhkan agar setiap pegawai dapat menjalankan tugasnya, dengan lebih efektif dan optimal.
“Saya berharap, kita bisa menjadi team work yang baik, demi kelancaran tugas- tugas pelayanan pertanahan kepada masyarakat yang ada di bumi tepo asa aroa tercinta, ” harap Athifa Ramadhani. (Hms ATR/BPN/NAL)
