Manado – Sebagai pekerja yang beraktifitas di Dinas Pariwisata (Dispar) Kota Manado, Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan Tenaga Harian Lepas (THL) harus mengetahui berbagai destinasi wisata yang ada di daerah ini.
Hal ini penting mengingat Dispar merupakan instansi yang secara langsung mempromosikan obyek-obyek wisata dan agenda pariwisata Kota Manado.
“Orang yang kerja di Dinas Pariwisata Manado memang harus tahu destinasi wisata yang ada di Manado. Karena tugas kita di Dispar yang mempromosikan dan memasarkan apa saja destinasi wisata serta apa saja agenda pariwisata yang kita laksanakan di Kota Manado,”ujar Kepala Dispar Manado Dra Neivy Lenda Pelealu MSi melalui Kepala Bidang Pemasaran Abdiel Octavian Bajen SE Aj Ak.
Menurutnya, akan terasa janggal ketika ASN dan THL Dispar tak tahu menjelaskan saat orang bertanya tentang obyek wisata ataupun agenda pariwisata di Kota Manado.
“Makanya, mereka perlu dibekali dan banyak belajar tentang pariwisata Manado. Karena kita yang bekerja di instansi yang berhubungan dengan pariwisata adalah duta-duta pariwisata itu sendiri,”pungkas Kabid yang akrab dengan kalangan per situ.” Ujar Abdiel. (*/JM)
