Minut-Penjabat Sementara (Pjs) Bupati Minahasa Utara Clay June Dondokambey SSTP MAP gelar apel Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Pendopo Kantor Bupati Minahasa Utara, Senin (5/10/2020).
Pada kesempatan itu, Dondokambey menegaskan agar Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Minut untuk tetap netral pada Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) 9 Desember mendatang.
“Aturan hukum sangat jelas mengatur soal netralitas ASN di Pilkada, yaitu netral dan netral serta netral. Jelas dalam aturan ASN dan regulasi hukumnya ada. Jika tidak netral, sanksi hukum juga menanti”, tegas Dondokambey.
Selain itu, Dondokambey juga menghimbau ASN agar tetap komit dan konsisten dalam upaya memutus rantai penyebaran Covid 19.
“Dalam pencegahan Covid 19 ini, semua ASN harus komit dalam memutus rantai penyenaran Covid 19, dengan 4 M yakni memakai masker, menuci tangan, menjaga jarak dan menjauhi kerumunan serta tiga T yaitu testing, treatment, dan tracing”, jelas Mantan Camat Mandolang Minahasa ini.
Dalam apel tersebut dilakukan juga penandatangganan pakta integritas oleh para Perangkat Daerah dan disaksikan langsung Pjs Bupati Minut Clay Dondokambey.(T3/*)
