Suwawa-Kepala Bagian Umum dan Keuangan Sekretariat DPRD Bone Bolango Hasna Abukasi, memimpin apel kerja, bertempat di halaman gedung DPRD,pada Senin (6/10/2025).
Apel kerja tersebut di ikuti oleh seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan Tenaga Kontrak dilingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Bone Bolango.
Dalam arahannya,Hasna Abukasih mengingatkan dan menekankan kembali disiplin bagi ASN dilingkungan Sekretariat DPRD. “Disiplin merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang senantiasa diingatkan pimpinan”, kata Hasnah
Hasnah menekankan pula soal loyalitas dan profesionalisme ASN. “Tiga hal ini, disiplin, loyalitas dan professional ASN, yang senantiasa menjadi perhatian pimpinan”, kata Hasna lagi dan mengatakan, pelaksanaan apel
pagi setiap hari merupakan salah satu upaya untuk membentuk disiplin.
Dirinya mengingatkan kepada semua tenaga kontrak di lingkungan Sekretaiat DPRD yang akan dialihkan menjadi Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) untuk proaktif menyelesaikan semua administrasi yang dibutuhkan. “Hari ini, segera diselesaikan, jangan lupa unggah di aplikasi yang sudah ditentukan”, pungkasnya. ***
