Minsel– Dalam rangka mengawal dan mengamankan serta memastikan ketersediaan stok bahan bakar minyak (BBM) untuk masyarakat, Polres Minsel menggencarkan kegiatan patroli di SPBU (Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum).
Patroli dilaksanakan personel Polres Minsel dan Polsek jajaran, dengan kegiatan pengaturan arus lalulintas dan pengamanan di lokasi-lokasi SPBU guna mencegah terjadinya penyimpangan pendistribusian BBM seperti penyelundupan ataupun transaksi illegal.
“Semua SPBU di wilayah hukum Polres Minsel disentuh oleh personel pengamanan, guna memastikan ketersediaan BBM subsidi maupun non subsidi, juga sebagai upaya pencegahan dan penindakan terhadap tindak pidana BBM,” ujar Kapolres Minsel AKBP C. Bambang Harleyanto, SIK; saat ditemui di ruang kerjanya pada Jumat siang (02/09/2022).
Diimbau kepada masyarakat untuk menghindari perbuatan melawan hukum seperti praktek-praktek penimbunan BBM, pengangkutan illegal ataupun transaksi yang berpotensi pada tindak pidana.
“Apabila ditemukan adanya penyimpangan atau tindak pidana kaitan dengan BBM ini contohnya penimbunan, penyelundupan, transaksi atau distribusi illegal, maka kami pastikan akan ditindak tegas sesuai hukum perundang-undangan yang berlaku,” pungkasnya.(Onal)
