Manado – Tim Lipan Polsek Malalayang, berhasil mengamankan seorang lelaki berinisial SS alias Semuel (27) warga Kelurahan Paal Empat Lingkungan I Kecamatan Tikala. Pasalnya, lelaki yang diketahui karyawan swasta ini telah melakukan tindak pidana penganiayaan terhadap Nisilia Vanesia (18) warga Kelurahan Tinoor Kecamatan Tomohon Utara Kota Tomohon. Ia diringkus di salah satu tempat kost yang berada di Kelurahan Kleak Lingkungan I Kecamatan Malalayang, Sabtu (19/9) sekitar 00.53 Wita.
Menurut informasi yang dirangkum, peristiwa itu berawal saat korban dan pelaku sedang berada di tempat kost korban yang berada di Kelurahan Kleak Kecamatan Malalayang. Karena hari sudah larut, pelaku berpamitan untuk pulang kerumahnya. Namun korban meminta kepada pelaku untuk tetap berada di tempat kost.
Karena sudah emosi, pelaku langsung menganiaya korban dengan menggunakan kepalan tangan. Usai menganiaya korban, pelaku pergi meninggalkan lokasi kejadian. Sementara korban yang tidak terima dengan perbuatan pelaku, mendatangi Mapolsek Malalayang untuk membuat laporan kepolisian.
Berdasarkan laporan LP/ 326/IX/2020/ Sulut/SPKT/Sek.Malalayang, Tim Lipan Polsek Malalayang yang dipimpin Kanit Reskrim Ipda M Pasaribu ini langsung bergerak mencari keberadaan pelaku. Alhasil pelaku berhasil diringkus saat berada di salah satu tempat kost yang berada di Kelurahan Kleak Kecamatan Malalayang.
