Bonebol-Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Bone Bolango, Yakub Tangahu, memberikan perhatian serius terhadap maraknya rumah makan atau restoran yang diam-diam menyediakan layanan hiburan seperti karaoke tanpa mengantongi izin usaha hiburan yang sah.
Fenomena ini dinilainya dapat berdampak pada ketertiban usaha serta potensi hilangnya kontribusi terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD).
Dalam keterangannya, Yakub mengungkapkan bahwa sejumlah tempat usaha di wilayah Bone Bolango masih beroperasi dengan izin rumah makan saja. Namun, pada praktiknya, tempat-tempat ini juga menyediakan hiburan seperti karaoke yang seharusnya memerlukan izin usaha hiburan tersendiri sesuai ketentuan pemerintah daerah.
“Saya sudah tanya ke beberapa pengusaha, mereka memang hanya pegang izin rumah makan. Tapi di dalamnya sudah ada semua seperti tempat karaoke,” ungkap Yakub, pada Rabu (11/06/2025)
Yakub menegaskan, semua usaha yang beroperasi di Bone Bolango diharapakannya harus memiliki izin sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.
“Semua usaha yang berada di Bone Bolango harus berdasarkan aturan yang ada di daerah, Itu yang penting,” tandasnya
Sebagai bentuk komitmen dalam pengawasan, dirinya mengajak agar instansi terkait untuk bersama – sama turun ke lapangan untuk mengecek langsung usaha yang beroperasi.
“Mari kita sama-sama untuk bisa turun dan melihat apa yang menjadi harapan daerah,” pungkasnya. *
