Tahuna – Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP) untuk Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Lingkup Dinas Pendidikan dan kebudayaan (Dikbud) kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe hingga Selasa (29/11/22) belum terbayar.
Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan kabupaten kepulauan Sangihe Jolly Mandak mengungkapkan terkait terlambatnya pembayaran TPP lingkup Dikbud , disebabkan tak lengkapnya persyaratan administrasi.
“Keterlambatan pembayaran TPP ini disebabkan ada pihak unit pendidikan atau sekolah yang belum lengkap menyerahkan persyaratan administrasinya dan hal ini telah kami sampaikan , selambat – lambatnya tanggal 10 bulan berjalan sudah lengkap berkasnya ” ungkap Mandak.
Mandak membeberkan sebagian besar sudah melengkapi adminstrai namun sampai saat ini masih belum semuanya ,entah kendalanya apa pihaknya tak mengetahui. “Pengajuan persyaratam admimistrasi pembayaran TPP ini harus secara kolektif per instansi, sehinggah apabilah satu orang ASN atau kepala sekolah tak melengkapi administrasi maka seluruh ASN lingkup Dikbud tak akan dibayar,” ujar Mandak.
Akan hal itu Mandak menegaskan, terlambatnya pembayaran TPP untuk Guru-Guru itu disebabkan karena adanya keterlambatan dari pihak pimpinan unit pendidikan dalam hal ini kepala sekolah. “Jadi bukan kami dari Dinas yang lamban dalam pengajuan administrasi pembayaran TPP namun, dari kepala sekolah yang belum melengkapi administrasi guru-guru di sekolah yang dipimpinya ” pungkas Mandak (Yoss)
