Abrasi pesisir pantai Amuarng-Minsel. (Inzert : Glady Kawatu)
Minsel – Musibah bencana alam kembali terjadi di Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan, tepatnya di Kelurahan Uwuran Satu dan Kelurahan Bitung, Kecamatan Amurang.
Sejumlah fasilitas seperti jembatan maupun rumah warga rusak parah/hancur akibat bencana yang terjadi pada Rabu (15 /6/2022).
Ambruknya jembatan di area ikon ‘I Am Amurang’ ini mengakibatkan akses jalan sepanjang kurang lebih 500 meter yang menghubungkan Kelurahan Uwuran Satu dan Kelurahan Bitung, Kecamatan Amurang, terputus. Padahal jembatan serta icon I’am Amurang baru kurang lebih 5 tahun di buat.
Perihal musibah tersebut, Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan langsung melakukan koordinasi dengan semua pihak/instansi terkait untuk menangani kondisi bencana yang terjadi.
Warga masyarakat khususnya yang berada di area bencana untuk tetap waspada serta tidak berada dilokasi mengingat kemungkinan terjadinya bencana susulan.
“Untuk posko sendiri pemerintah telah menyediakan beberapa tempat yakni posko pendataan korban, bantuan bencana/logistik di kelurahan Uwuran 1 samping bank Mandiri, Posko pengungsian di Kantor Lurah Lewet serta Aula GMIM Sentrum Amurang,” ujar Sekdakab Minsel Glady Kawatu.
Terkait peristiwa tersebut Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan menetapkan tanggap darurat bencana selama 14 hari kedepan.
Sementara dari hasil data yang dilakukan ada sebanyak 20 rumah warga yang tenggelam/hanyut, 5 rumah rusak berat, 5 cottage, 1 jembatan, 1 restauran/ rumah kopi, 10 perahu, lokasi Icon I’Am Amurang yang hancur. (QQ)
